If you commit to a long-term lease, we will work with you to customize your luxury apartment with personalized closet layouts, upgraded cabinetry, designer lighting fixtures, special color schemes, a wide variety of security system options, blinds and window treatments, and much more.

| As part of the monthly rent, each resident at The Marque is guaranteed at least one parking space in the lots surrounding the building. There will also be outdoor covered parking and indoor garage parking available for a nominal monthly fee.

| Yes, The Marque meets and exceeds all federal requirements and guidelines for handicapped accessibility as established by the Fair Housing Act and the American with Disabilities Act. Additionally, our apartments have been designed for your current and changing needs with a full range of Universal Design features including wider doorways, lower light switches, higher countertops, safety bars and much more. We do not permit discrimination against residents with disabilities.

| The Marque will be a controlled access building. Only the residents, their guests and our staff will have immediate access to the building. Optional security systems will be available in the apartment at a reasonable monthly charge.

| If at any time prior to lease signing you should decide that a luxury lifestyle at The Marque is not for you, your entire deposit will be refunded.

| Yes, small, domesticated pets will be allowed in the community for a small additional monthly fee. It is the responsibility of the resident to provide proper care for the pet and ensure that the pet does not interfere with the other residents' enjoyment of the community.

| No, subletting is not allowed at The Marque.

| Yes. The Fair Housing Laws require at least one occupant per unit to be 55 years of age. The Fair Housing Laws do allow for a small percentage of occupants to be under age 55 or any other protected classification under state or local law. No one under 19 can be a permanent occupant.
